2 years with “ Faith Nguyen” , Like a lab rat on a ton of unsuccessful medications I tried to trust the process and my provider. After two years and the appointments kept getting set further and further apart I knew something was off. I was completely disrespected and dropped from my provider “ Faith Nguyen” , she abruptly hung up the phone on me and told me to search elsewhere for a new provider, and that she would no longer be prescribing me my medication regimen, I will be digging into this further.

After prior bad experience with another psychiatrist, I’ve felt the most comfortable and listened to at Zenbees with Catheline. Sessions don’t feel as sterile as people typically describe psychiatric work, there’s true work to understand underlying issues and outside factors that are affecting your mental and physical health. Zennbees is the first and only place that has helped me to get back on track with my life and helped me get through the first hurtle of getting ready to take control of my addiction. Dr. Genia made that so easy for me! I've been through other out patient facilities with 0 results. Zennbees actually takes their time with each patient. This place is amazing!! Took my husband and I on as new patients the very same morning we walked in and asked if there were any openings.Dr. Genia and her daughter, Shelby were absolutely wonderful! They walked us through what we needed to know (and hear) and treated us like part of the family! Such a relief to have a Dr.s office actually treat you like a human being. Andrea M is great. She is very caring and easy to be yourself with. I would recommend her to anyone needing an inclusive therapist. I was never tokenized, dismissed, erased, judged - none of that. Never had to to be hyper vigilant with her; she is very accepting and very consistent and I could really share anything with her. I hope that she is greatly appreciated as an employee.
