The RMT was great and massage itself was very good. However I booked a 45 min but was wrapped up in less than 35 mins. When I inquired on the counter, the receptionist quickly dismissed my concern by saying i arrived late. My massage was at 6 and I arrived at 6:03, after which I was given forms to fill and tea to drink . In my appointment email no where it mentioned that I was to arrive 15 mins early nor did anyone mention same on phone. When I arrived I was shown no sense of rush.
