***Highly recommended - beautiful flowers and amazing service *** On behalf of my whole family, I’d like to say a huge thank you for the beautiful florals you arranged today for my grandmother’s funeral. They were absolutely perfect and I know she would have loved them. Also, a big thank you for allowing us to hire out the stands for the delivery to both the viewing and church. They took 3 working days (not including the weekend) to deliver. I ended up following up on the flowers that were meant to be a surprise (spoilt the surprise). Moreover, even after I had reached out to them, I had to constantly contact them asking about the delivery time to which they told me to expect it between 10a.m and 4p.m but they didn't deliver till after 5p.m. Also, the flowers weren't as fresh, they had already wiltered I don't like saying negative things about businesses becauseit chases customers away , but a good... read more

I have been in store and always had lovely flower arrangements made up which have always been great. I ordered online recently to have flowers sent, Zenas was very helpful and made suggestions to enhance the flower arrangement which were delivered same afternoon. Good communication to confirm the order and delivery address. Highly Recommend.
