I asked for a retwist with crochet maintenance on the new growth. I’m not sure if there was a communication issue, but only the very root was crocheted instead of the new growth that had accumulated over the past few months. This left my locs looking uneven and un-uniform when I came in with them looking consistent. The retwist was not done to the standard I requested, and the finished result did not match what I asked for. if you need serious loc maintaining i would pass
