This place is very unhygienic ,they don’t clean combs in between clients, they change prices of silly reason to get more money and the owner zena has a real attitude problem for no reason idk if it’s her African culture but she is very rude and, don’t dare ask for the bathroom you just might throw up. Not to mention the stylist who can speak English and don’t try to communicate and understand what hairstyle you want instead doing their own thing

I called Zena’s African Hair Braiding days before my appointment and asked them for advice because I had never done crochet before. Trusting them to be professional, I went shopping for hair and sent her some pictures. She said, “OK, that hair is good; I’ve used it before.” Then I asked, “How many packs do I need?” She said two.
