I’ve gone to ZENA 3 times now, and every time I have been super happy with my results. Erica at the front desk was great at accommodating my short weekend visit to Newport from Las Vegas since they are open one Saturday a month. Austin is incredible! She’s gorgeous, kind, and knowledgeable. She made me feel so comfortable and answered all of my questions. Always 10/10!
We had the pleasure of speaking to Lorraine on the phone. She’s an operational manager at Zena. She was the most helpful and went above and beyond to explain everything. We couldn’t have loved talking to her more. This is such a wonderful place and it shines through!
The staff was courteous, kind, and welcoming. Doctor Gabriel took my concerns seriously and treated or recommended treatment for them. Her assistant shared some of the treatments available and their cost. They did so considerately and without pressure. I look forward to visiting these professionals again.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful in answering questions. Dr Gabriel makes great patient connections given the amount of time allowed by insurance companies. You feel heard and listened to during the exam.
