Just finished a Pound class this morning at The Zen Zoo! Awesome workout and amazing instructor. If you want to get your sweat on I highly recommend trying this cardio workout. It is also excellent for pounding out your frustrations.
I did my first POUND class today it was absolutely amazing!!! I cant wait to go back for another!! I had such a great workout!!! If you get a chance please stop by the zen zoo!!! You won't regret it!!

Tried a Pound Class this week at the zen zoo. Loved it! Cardio and great core workout, and arms!! The music is fun and upbeat.
