I booked my first 60 minute deep tissue massage with Beth a week ago. It was one of the best massages I have had in San Diego. Beth had a warm and friendly personality but also a skilled massage therapist. Beth listened to what areas I wanted concentrate on during the intake consultation. I asked her to concentrate on my back (Trapezius, Rhomboids, latissimus dorsi) after some overuse from a week long surf trip. I had a great massage experience with Beth. She is incredibly knowledgeable of human anatomy; a great clinical sense. I have a neuromuscular condition which is very sensitive to massage, and Beth hit the sweet spot of therapeutic release for my spastic, wound-up muscles. Five star experience, will return.
