We were very pleased with the overall experience with Zen Windows. Brad was easy to work with and provided great assistance in choosing our entry door. Brad was extremely helpful in answering all our questions and describing anything we were unsure of. He always returned our calls/questions in a very timely manner. We would definitely recommend Zen Windows to anyone interested in replacing their windows or entry door.
Zen installed 9 replacement windows, including 2 large picture windows and a long, narrow window. The whole process went very well. Zen was very responsive and professional during all phases. The windows look great, and the exterior trimwork is especially clean. After the one day install, minor issues were addressed promptly and correctly the following day
