RecommendedOur installation was done in one day (yesterday) with all 14 windows replaced! I was a bit concerned that it would be tough to match the outside trim of the original 100 year old windows, but they came out looking fantastic! Love my windows and sliding glass patio door. Easy to open and clean and they look great. Zen employees were all very professional and the owner was responsive in helping address a post-installation concern. Now that we are having record cold temperature I am even more grateful they were able to install everything prior to Christmas. My house is finally warm for the first time in years!
From my initial order I was updated by either Andrew or JR through every step of the process. My calls were always returned timely. Installer Mike arrived on time (on a sub-freezing Saturday morning) and completed the installation of all three windows before noon. That includes the time he took to show us the results and familiarize us with the functions of the new windows. He did a great job and even cleaned up before he left.
