I went to see Nikki for the headspa service and it was so lovely. Very relaxing and enjoyable, she used products perfect for my hair type and goals. It was a very nice service and my scalp felt really clean and my hair conditioned.
I had the 90-minute Zen De-Stress Treatment at Zen Wellness Massage & Esthetics, and it was amazing! It left me so relaxed, eased my physical and mental stress, and I honestly felt like a princess afterwards. Olivia M was fantastic, and the customer service was excellent. Clara’s facials are incredibly relaxing, and she has a very gentle touch. I had the deluxe facial, which was excellent overall. The extractions were done beautifully — I left without any redness or irritation, which I really appreciated. Clara is professional, kind, and creates a calm atmosphere. Happy with my eyebrow wax as well! My only feedback would be to provide more communication during the facial — letting me know what products are being applied and tailoring them to my skin type.
