This class was fabulous. I definitely felt the zen and vibes, which was awesome. I definitely needed this since my life is filled with stress, and Lauren was a caring and thoughtful instructor that truly loves her job. It helped me release some of the negative energy in my system and have a clear outlook, so 5 stars all the way. Definitely check this out, you won’t regret it!
Lauren is most definitely a master of her craft…. She is FABULOUS!! I’ve never met someone so knowledgeable, compassionate, kind-hearted in my life… and I’ve met a lot of people. If you’re considering trying her studio & learn the ins and outs of yoga with someone who truly has the passion and love with what she teaches, look no further, Lauren is your gal! 10/10 recommend. Lauren is the best yoga instruction I have ever encountered, but really she teaches and conveys more than just yoga. She is very in tune with her spirituality, health, and grounded. I not only felt like I was challenged, but I also felt a sense of peace and like I was given freedom to reflect and be at peace. Even her studio and the entire vibe of the sessions are felt calming.
