I visited this restaurant twice, and both times I ordered the same dish—tofu. Unfortunately, both times the tofu was rancid. After the second visit, my stomach became extremely sick, and I was nauseous and vomiting for hours. I really hope they address their food quality, because I wanted to enjoy my experience, but it was really disappointing.
Finally went to their new location about a mile west of where they usedd to be. Same huge variety of food and excellent service. Very lovely place.
We moved to St Louis in 2010. We've been going to Zen since about 2011. After 15 years we still enjoy it. Our favorite Thai food items are the Nam Tok and the Chiang Mai noodle soup. We usually get a few sushi items and highly recommend it. Whether dine-in, carryout, or catering they don't disappoint. For catering I highly recommend getting enough potstickers for each person to have 4. They will not go to waste.
Great experience, we drove 25 miles and we will be coming back!
