I love the food at Zen. What made the experience even better was our waiter Chris! He was absolutely wonderful. Engaging, attentive (without hovering). Thank you Chris!

Was always my go to sushi place in Asheville but I haven't been back for over five years so I was super excited to have a chance to eat there again. I can honestly say thier quality and dedication to excellent sushi is just as good now as is was five years ago. Not many restaurants are able to keep such high standards for such a long time. I will definitely be back!
I drive from Lenoir as often as possible to get their sushi and fried rice. Their fried rice and shrimp sauce is the best in the world!
Zen Sushi, best in town, makes my miserable days more bearable and my happiest days happier! Especially the server, I didn't catch her name, with the glasses and curls. She's always cordial and knows how to read her customers for what level of service they need. The rest of the staff never fails to be great as well. Definitely a must for date night or any night!
The sushi is amazing- well executed excellent quality & nicely presented. Service is professional and the atmosphere is pleasant. Our favorite!!
We were visiting from out of town. Thus place was recommended by a local. So glad! There were 5 of us and we all got a different kind of sushi. There wasn't a bite left on anybody's plate! Would definitely go back again.
