I have been there 4 times. Each time I felt rushed. All of my old polished was not removed and she used a file to start the process of removal vs polish remover. My daughter has very long beautiful nails. Vivian butchered them. They are now different lengths and shapes. She did not remove all of the old gel polish and what she did remove was painful. My daughter's nails are lumpy. 16 hours later the gel has chipped off....... really. Rush job, low quality. $25 plus tip and my time, wasted! One star is too much!
