The owner is exceptionally rude. She expects you to pay the staff.
Nasty, totally nasty. They lady flashed her hand at me at told me to get out of the salon because I did not tip. I paid $175 for my service. Please do not go to this place.

They are fine but more concerned with getting the job done than actual care for the health of the nails and cuticles. I went here for a couple months and now need to nurse my nails back to health. And just in terms of customer service and general helpfulness they seem to favor certain types of clientele over others.
I took my daughter to Zen for her birthday. The manicurist did a beautiful job--more than any other salon I have taken my daughter to. She even painted tiny little flowers on her nails. Intricate, detailed, beautiful work.
