I've been going to Zen at the mall for a few months now and now make it a weekly thing. I usually get the foot reflexology and a back massage. I only go to Dahn, she is the very best, but her daughter is often there too, and the daughter is sometimes chatty. Dahn and I solved this by getting the back massage in one of the rooms, even with 30 minutes. TL;DR This is an Asian massage place, not a Massage Envy type thing so don't expect the latter. Literally just left and had a very unsatisfying experience. I was getting a massage and mid way I feel a completely different person touching me and when asked why I was told that the girl has a an appointment. My face was stuck because I’m trying to understand why would you start the service and not only that but why wouldn’t you communicate that someone else would complete my service, especially someone who was clearly not good at it. Friendly staff. Great massage. Clean place but the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. Employees loud and their kid was crying. Spa daycare!!!???
