Don’t listen to the man who made a review saying he had came to the place for 2 years. I was in the middle of getting a massage when this man barged in shouting and demanding they called the worker who always does the massage for him. The workers tried calming him down and the man kept accusing them, the massage was great and was used with great technique. I will definitely be coming back.
I've been going to Zen at the mall for a few months now and now make it a weekly thing. I usually get the foot reflexology and a back massage. I only go to Dahn, she is the very best, but her daughter is often there too, and the daughter is sometimes chatty. Dahn and I solved this by getting the back massage in one of the rooms, even with 30 minutes. TL;DR This is an Asian massage place, not a Massage Envy type thing so don't expect the latter. Literally just left and had a very unsatisfying experience. I was getting a massage and mid way I feel a completely different person touching me and when asked why I was told that the girl has a an appointment. My face was stuck because I’m trying to understand why would you start the service and not only that but why wouldn’t you communicate that someone else would complete my service, especially someone who was clearly not good at it.
