It was my first massage and Mindy was great to explain how everything would go. She asked a lot of questions to understand my full needs and really took care of what I came in there for and more. It was such an amazing experience I decided to get a massage for my husband as well.

Great massage. Needed it badly, a knot on my shoulder which had bothered me all week. Yes, the pain is gone. Loved the heated bed and the towels. Shanie (not sure of the spelling) really concentrated on my back and shoulder, as painful as it was, it worked. I will be back.
I have experienced massages at other spas in the past but I must say that my experience at Zen Spa of Roseville was an excellent. I have had for quite of few months now pain in my arm and shoulder and when I left after my hour massage I felt completely healed! Thank you for the excellent experience Sara!
