First time I ever start going consistently every 6 months to the dentist. Zero wait time, beautifully renovated office, easy appointment scheduling, very nice and attentive staff, plenty of parking, and my teeth feel and look great!
I had a very disappointing experience at this office. The doctor came across as dismissive and unprofessional, with a noticeably poor bedside manner. I didn’t feel listened to or respected during my visit. Additionally, the billing practices raised several red flags. I received insurance statements that didn’t seem to match what I was told or charged for, and getting clear answers was frustrating. This is by far the most welcoming, impeccably clean, and professional dental office I’ve ever experienced!
EDIT: in response to this office message DO NOT disrespect my intelligence. If you want to continue lying - do so to the insurance companies you sign legal and ethical contracts with. I’m very disappointed with the way this dental office operates. My husband went in as a new patient and was told he needed a special cleaning that had to be paid out of pocket.
