I love my waxing artist, Molly. Very friendly staff and good quality wax! They provide heated cushions also, which really helps you relax. They only offer 15 minute appointment slots, though, so if one person shows up late it can really throw off their schedule.
Krystal is amazing. I highly recommend giving her a call!
What a awesome experience! So relaxing and calming. I had a all natural/organic facial and my skin feels and looks amazing! Not only was the entire experience professional and calming but the aromas from the products were unbelievable! The staff were so welcoming. I will definitely re-book!!
Zen Skincare and Waxing is an amazing place tucked in Biltmore Village. The customer service is amazing, makes you feel very comfortable. The staff is excellent. Cannot wait til my next appointment!
