Absolutely friendly staff!! Comfortable environment, and one of the most amazing experiences out of a normally uncomfortable situation you could ever think of. 10/10 highly recommend!!!!
I've avoided getting waxed due to negative past experiences at other companies but decided to give Zen Skin a try. I ran across a reel on IG of Shelbys and she seemed very inclusive and safe and she definitely is. I never thought I'd look forward to self care days by getting waxed, but here we are. 10/10 Highly recommend
Shelby is my giiiiiiiiiiiiiirl! If you need a waxer, PLEASE go see her! I’ve tried other waxing places, and no one has done a better job than she has! She’s also super knowledgeable about ingrowns and will quickly become your bff. I will forever see her! 🫶
I’ve been seeing Shelby for almost 5 years now! She does a wonderful job! She’s incredibly knowledgeable about all things skin care, and makes me feel so comfortable! I would highly recommend her and always tell my friends and family to visit her!
