Tiana was so kind and helpful. I've had so much pain from my TMJ and I left with absolutely no pain, it was amazing. She took the time to explain everything that she was doing and why she was doing it. A wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone who is experiencing chronic pain.
I booked a service with Tiana Long at Zen Reflections after reading positive online reviews, despite never having visited the business before. Tiana is a knowledgeable and talented massage therapist, and her therapeutic massages are particularly helpful. She noticed every knot/misalignment, corrected issues through a combination of massage and appropriate stretches, and has helped to improve my posture and range of motion. She also demonstrated some helpful stretches to do at home as needed for maintenance. You won't find this level of personalization and customer service at a corporate spa.
