The name Zen Rebalance says it all! I had a 90 minute Swedish/Relaxation massage and every minute of it was fantastic. Having a massage therapist who is completely tuned in to your body is key to getting the most benefit. Nicole did not disappoint! She is very knowledgeable and keenly aware of the type of experience I was hoping for. I am looking forward to my next massage with Nicole.
Nicole is a healer with strong intuition. Her Reiki healing is life changing. And from a massage standpoint, it’s obvious she is scanning as she goes, giving more attention to areas that need it. I highly recommend her for both services.

I would highly recommend Nicole at Zen Rebalance. She takes in to account all of your prior injuries and concerns and works with you to really tailor a massage specific to your needs.
