The name Zen Rebalance says it all! I had a 90 minute Swedish/Relaxation massage and every minute of it was fantastic. Having a massage therapist who is completely tuned in to your body is key to getting the most benefit. Nicole did not disappoint! She is very knowledgeable and keenly aware of the type of experience I was hoping for. I am looking forward to my next massage with Nicole.
I had an absolutely phenomenal deep tissue massage with Nicole. From the moment I walked in, her calming presence and professionalism set the tone for an incredible experience. It was hands down one of the best massages I've ever had. I can't wait to go back! Highly, *highly* recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing massage!
I would highly recommend Nicole at Zen Rebalance. She takes in to account all of your prior injuries and concerns and works with you to really tailor a massage specific to your needs. Her office is super relaxing and very clean. I love the breast pillow to make tummy time much more comfortable. Thank you so much for your healing hands! 🙏🏻
Nicole is GREAT!!! Had my first session with her today. I had TONS of extreme tension due to stress. She was great with communication (very friendly, easy to talk to), made sure to target the areas I felt needed the most work, and did an amazing job at loosening me up. I feel SO much better after she worked on me today.
My first session with Nicole was Reiki. Then I experienced targeted deep tissue. Now I go for A combination of targeted deep tissue followed by Reiki. For me, it’s perfect. (Stretches out my fascia and sends healing waves) I would recommend everybody start out with Reiki and go from there!
