Working with Carol and Zen Properties was very difficult, it felt like I was a burden every time something went wrong, which happened a lot. First the sink would constantly drip, the toilet would make a high pitched noise when used, the garbage disposal broke and flooded under the sink, which we never received compensation for the damaged items, the ac was never cleaned before moving in, it has tons of mold. Do not rent from Zen Properties. We moved out from a rental managed by Zen Properties/Carol Ginoza in February. Carol ignores maintenance requests, is hard to reach, and won't get back to you. She withheld $1000 of our security deposit, and would not give us a list of what this money was for, (which is the law, she was supposed to do this within 14 days.) She also would not return our pro-rated rent. There are other reviews where she has done this to others. Don't buy or rent from her.

Um Glad I went from homeless 2 a 366 studio 1 block from the beach thanks LORD!
