I have had Siatica for the last two weeks, which has put a damper on all the things I like to do such as pickleball and weight training. I went in today and Astra helped me finally feel some relief. I have only had a few appointments with Astra, but I am so excited that I found her! Everything about her treatment is fantastic. Her energy is extremely calming, she's fun to chat with, and she works some magic with her needles. I always feel extremely calm after our sessions and walk out in less pain. I have been seeing Astra for a few years now, and my experience has been nothing but positive. She has helped me with several health issues, however, I especially recommend her if you are having any issues with your menstrual cycle or having fertility issues. She's an excellent listener and is very knowledgeable when it comes to both Chinese herbs and Western supplements.
Astra has a relaxing, confident presence about her that instantly made me feel at ease about trying this treatment for the first time. It was clear to me that she had a deep understanding of acupuncture as well as a strong passion for overall health and wellness.
