Let me start by saying: Shame On Me!!!! My Schnauzer, Pepper, has been going to Zen for years and I can’t believe I had not given them the proper review they so rightfully deserve!! Zen is AMAZING!!! They take such good care of my Pepper - as if she were their own! Pepper is always excited when she gets there. We also take my GrandPuppy, Zoe, to Zen when she’s on vacation from Charlotte, NC. There’s no place like Zen anywhere else!! Thank you!!!!

I'm very disappointed in your customer service. I left a message five days ago to get both of my dogs groomed before the holidays and nobody ever called back. I called this evening and the person who answered the phone was completely indifferent as to the fact that I called 5 days ago and never got a call back. Her response was we are just really busy for the holidays and I can put you on a wait list. Extremely disappointing when I've been taking both of my dogs there for a few years.
