generally had a good experience here, only negative one was today.. woman doing my nails didn't really follow the inspo picture at all and left me with some very sad cuticles. maybe it is my fault because i dont necessarily take care of them, but they're in acceptable shape (and i'd never left the salon bleeding before). while she was drilling my cuticles, she made several of my nailbeds bleed and they looked very angry after my appointment. otherwise i do normally have a good time here, this time was just a little off. :(
On vacation I found Zen nail salon. I walked in, greeted by Betty who was super nice. She gave me the prices( extremely reasonable) and pointed me to the direction of nail tech LuLu. Once the process began LuLu was very genuine, her conversation was welcoming. I would certainly recommend this spot for services and if I'm ever in this area again, I'll be sure to stop by.
Yan is the best
DISGUSTING. Peeling after 2 days ! She rushed and I believe it’s because it did not cure correctly ! These were my wedding toes and I didn’t even get married yet . Unacceptable. Disgrace. I’m spending $150 every time ! And tipping and these problem can’t even get a normal white gel right . This is so wrong. On top of rushing she has a nerve to ask for a higher tip when she didn’t even do the nails I requested! DO NOT GO TO ZEN NAILS SPA IN MEDIA ! I’ve been going for a while now ! But after this I am done !
