Pretty unimpressed with our experience. Two of us went in around 2 on a Monday. Only two workers in the store and seemingly very understaffed. Both workers who were doing our nails were bossy and didn’t listen to what we wanted. We asked ahead of time before if they could do designs. Nails turned out okay, but not even close to the pictures we showed. Don’t recommend this place unless you are getting something simple or want to get your opinions out.
My friend had a 10am appointment for both a pedicure and full set. Even though she booked correctly online, they seemed surprised, started her nails, then stopped to take other clients. Poor scheduling and very disappointing service at Zen Nails in Bloomington.
Absolutely love, my nails love the design and she took her time and make sure everything was right
