Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience here. I hadn’t been to this nail salon in years, and only decided to come back because I was back in town. I had gone here for YEARS before moving out of the area and had never experienced an issue. I always get the same thing done: builder gel with a French tip. Two of the builder gel nails had cracked, but my actual nails were NOT cracked or broken. They always do a wonderful job on my nails. They have lots of qualified people and listen to your requests. They also keep the facility very clean and it is a great place to get your toes and hands done in Orchard Park. I especially like the build a gel that is more natural for your nails versus acrylic.
Always a great job! Fast, clean and friendly. Love it here.
They listened so well. Really took their time to make sure they turned out the way I wanted them. I will be back when I'm ready for a change!
