Didn’t do what I wanted at all. Showed a picture 5 times and still got the wrong thing. Was there for over 2 hours for a pedicure, And then charged 110$.
I booked with Thalia at Zen Nails + Spa Orchard Park with a screenshot of an idea, and she somehow made it even better. She layered a navy base with a custom cat‑eye and chrome tips and checked every step to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. She’s super detailed, creative, and clearly proud of her work. If you want fun, custom nails instead of basic one‑color polish, go see her! Everyone at Zen is amazing!
