I went in the early afternoon (about 1:15pm) and they were able to get me right in. I just did a basic pedicure, and the man did a great job. I didn’t love that they charged me $15 for a polish removal (I had on just regular polish) though.
Loved my pedicure at Zen Nails today! Quinn was so nice and provided wonderful and relaxing service. Highly recommend requesting her for your next visit.
I went into the salon wanting a simple striped nail design. I showed the staff the reference photo beforehand, and they assured me they could do it. After removing my Gel-X set by prying them off my nails, I was switched over to their son to do the new set. He filed extremely fast and told me he could do the design, but if not, I could choose something else. Finally found my new go-to salon! I spontaneously decided to try something new the other day and used some leftover ClassPass credits on an acrylic set here for that same afternoon. Everything about my experience was perfect: I came in early for my nails, decided on the spot to get a pedicure as well, and they were able to accommodate me immediately.
