Unfortunately, Im having to change my 5 star review from years ago. Ive been coming to Zen Nails ever since they opened and had my nails done by Zen herself. I went in yesterday for my 9am appointment for a full set acrylic and pedicure. I showed 2 inspo pics and they chose the one with nail art on every single nail. I thought, "Yes! Super excited they wanna do this!" That excitement died fast. First, there was no cleaning prep done on my nails, he went straight into filing the natural nail for the tips.
