I’ve been a customer here for a long time, and my family has been customers as well. Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience today with a nail tech. I simply asked her to fix a nail, and her response became very passive-aggressive. I had to address her behavior, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. After being a loyal customer, I’m very disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be returning.
I love Zen Nail & Spa in Nederland. The techs are very friendly and proficient. The facility is very clean and inviting. There are many great options for both manies and pedies. Fair pricing for the quality and value you receive. I highly recommend!
This was my second visit to get a pedicure. This time, I got Tina she was amazing!!
Went here for a pedicure with my mother in law and we had the best experience! We will definitely be coming back.
