You have to be careful which technicians you choose. My experience was disappointing because I thought I'd found a manicurist and pedicurist I was completely compatible with. Unfortunately, one wasn't there for our appointment and they placed me with a different lady to do my hands. She was walking around barefoot. Her station wasn't clean. She was MESSY (trying to steal me as a client by saying things about the two ladies I usually see.) I ignored her and went to get my pedicure. This establishment is so bad . I had a disappointing experience. My toes appeared unsightly after the treatment. Unfortunately, the technician failed to properly prepare my feet for the pedicure and only soaked them for five minutes afterward. Furthermore, she filed my toenails excessively hard and cut through my skin.

Walked in checked in and sat at waited to be greeted/seated.group of 3 walk in immediately greeted asked if they had checked in, they had not, and they were immediately sat. Before I could say anything 2 more walked in and same thing. So I left since apparently my money was no good there.
