I’ve been going to Zen Nails since they opened many years ago. I’ve always appreciated supporting family-owned and operated businesses, and for a long time, they provided excellent service. Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly. My last few visits felt rushed and careless. At my most recent appointment, I actually had to return to have mistakes corrected and shockingly, I was charged an additional $20 for fixing errors that were not mine. Everyone here does such a fantastic job, not just the techs but also the host/receptionist! So kind and welcoming. They really care for their guests. I will always come back here even though I live far away. And the complimentary beverage is such a nice touch <3
I usually get a builder gel on a couple of my toes (my big toes are so annoying), and every one of the techs I’ve worked with has asked how I like the shape they’ve built, considered my opinions and preferences, and made what I want to see happen. Everyone there does such a fantastic job, not just the techs but also the host/receptionist! So kind and welcoming. They really care for their guests.
