Worst nail experience of my life! Run far away from this place. I can’t even wrap my head around what went on here when I went in for a gel mani/pedi. I was looking for a new nail place as I’d just moved back to town. I saw this place as I was driving around The Greene and decided to stop. First, we are so sorry for how upset you were about your last visit. We did explain how short your toenails were already, and you still asked for them to be cut down shorter. And none of your toenails or fingernails were missing. You didn't like the application of the gel on your fingernails, so one of our other nail techs soaked it off in acetone, except for the one finger that was nicked, but you said to go ahead and soak that one too. I checked prices online and called to confirm pricing before sending my mother in with my 12 year old daughter. She wanted an acrylic fill but was charged for a gel fill. She requested a French tip and a letter design on one finger per hand. The letter L was written backwards on one of her hands!!! You can still see the fill line and the tips are not even. When I called to try and have this resolved the woman was argumentative and uncooperative. I’m beyond upset and feel as if my mother and daughter were taken advantage of.

You called on the price for different things and your daughter had the gel on from the start. If you want what you want for your daughter's nails you should have come with her, or relayed the message on how you like it for your daughter's nails and we also have the records to show. Please do not accuse us of taking advantage of your family on this matter.
