Had an appointment booked for yesterday. Showed up and they seem to have closed. No call / cancellation email from the shop. Tried to phone and it goes to an automated message saying called party is unavailable.
I’ve been coming in for a few months and absolutely loved my nails each time. However this last time I make an appointment and when I arrived the shop was closed and seemed like they were remodeling or something but there was no notice or anything on the website.
I’ve been coming here since this salon opened a couple of years ago and I really like getting my nails done here (just go for a regular mani/pedi). Unfortunately, I don’t understand why there’s an option to book online if there’s seemingly no one managing that. I’ve had more than 5 separate occasions where I show up to my appointment at 10:30am and the salon is closed, with no one showing up until 11:00am or after sometimes.
