Bought my Indian Scout Bobber from Zen Motorcycles Alexandria and couldn’t be happier. Bruce was awesome to deal with — genuine, easygoing, and really made sure everything was right. The whole team were super welcoming, no pressure, and made the process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. As a woman coming into a bike shop, it was really refreshing how easy and normal the experience felt. Love my new Scout Bobber and really glad I bought it through Zen!
We bought our bike from Zen Motorcycles and we had an incredibly positive experience. BRUCE has been honest, patient and professional since the very first moment. The conditions of the motorbike are exceptional, just been serviced, at a price which is the most reasonable we have found in the market for that model. The shop has a workshop where they do services. We will certainly go back in due time.
I bought an Indian FTR through Bruce basically on line as I could not get to the shop to do the purchase at the time. He made it very easy for me and was super responsive and friendly replying to emails. When I went to pick the bike up we had a great chat and again when I went back for its first service that was again done with ease. The shop is has a great character about it and a cool place to visit. Highly recommend dropping in.
Just bought a 2025 indian roadmaster 112 darkhorse. I have bought many new bikes however ordering, predelivery, paperwork and turn over could not of gone more smoothly Bruce is a scholar amongst men. Highly recommend...even just drop in for a chat.. 10/10 mate. Even after paying for the bike fully,I still got amazing customer service ... I absolutely love my new indian and thats coming from someone who's owned more bikes than had roast dinners...
I recently took my Jixxa for service with Zen. I recommend Zen 100%. Very professional and friendly. The work done on my bike is first class. Bruce and the crew are awesome and easy to talk to. Your not treated like a number. Apart from being an Indian dealer they work on all makes and models. These guys do take care of our machines. Well done Zen and thank you for your awesome service.
