I called and booked my Indian Roadmaster for a service quite last minute, and Bruce was more than accommodating. Dropped it off early morning and they kept me informed of what needed doing throughout the day. The bike was serviced and washed when I went to collect it, I couldn't be happier with the service from the whole team. Definitely can recommend for all your service requirements. I just dropped by Zen for the first time to grab a pink slip. As a newer female rider, it can be a bit intimidating going into a workshop, but I felt comfortable right away. The space has a great, welcoming vibe, and Bruce and Chris were really friendly. I’m looking forward to checking out more of the biking community they’ve created and attending some meet-ups. I’ll definitely be back for future work.

I had my Indian FTR 1200 Serviced by by the boys at Zen, I have to say, start to finish the experience was excellent. The communication about the work was top notch. They serviced and cleaned my bike as if it was there own. It is running beautifully. I am so happy I found them as an Indian owner on the north side so I don't have to ride to Penrith or Blacktown for a service. Thanks Ben, Bruce and Chris.
I've been riding for over 10 years and as a female rider I have never felt more welcome, respected and comfortable at a workshop. The whole experience was very wholesome. After finding issues, the Mechanics made contact and asked for consent before continuing with any works. This workshop cares about their customers and has cultivated a riding community and even holds meet ups to help riders connect. I definitely recommend not only to female riders but to any riders wanting more that a "in-pay bill-out" service.
