I have taken 5 beginner yoga classes at Zen Medicine and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Catherine is an excellent yoga instructor and makes everyone feel comfortable and accepted. You can tell with every class that this is her true passion! I plan to sign up with the next round. I highly recommend these yoga classes!
