I visited this place twice because of its good reviews, but both times, the massages were extremely disappointing + my back started hurting more after the second visit. I don’t believe the therapists have proper training—they seem to be just going through the motions. The first time, I booked a 50-minute reflexology session with Jacqueline, who clearly had no idea what she was doing plus she was scratching me with her long nails which was painful.
