I got a gift certificate from someone for this place. I called and made an appointment. Once the appointment was set I let them know, out of courtesy, that I would be redeeming my gift certificate. Well that did it, they called me back an hour later and cancelled my appointment. When I asked when I can re-schedule they were difficult with my available times.
