Rude customer service bad attitude
I've been going there for over a year now, been atleast 4 or 5 times. The Customer Service is always Great! The place is always clean N smells good! However every since Frank left , the quality of service has dropped for me. He was one of the MOST experienced male masseur (physical therapy specialist) and for some reason they would not provide me with Frank's contact or new location. I was there earlier this year but haven't been back because my massages aren't that good anymore and I still leave unrelaxed after a 90 min ser... read more
Over charged because one of the employees put down the wrong date. Then said they voided it out for some reason and I would have to pay again. Will never get my service again
