I really wanted to like this place, but after a few visits, the service just isn't there. The massagists don't seem to listen to specific requests; I asked for neck, head and shoulder work (Which is on their list), but just got a repetitive, basic back massage. If you need someone to actually target a specific area, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
The worst massage in the area to hard and rough too fast waste of my time and money for 1hr $80. Bexley cheerful touch is way better and more gentle and do properly and slowly. Never ever come here again and never ever recommend it to anyone.
It was way too hard and the girl laughed when I told her to go softer. My shoulder was in more pain after the massage than before.
