I am very disappointed in my experience with Janet Tuouy. She did not take the time to learn my background or gather information from my main therapist before the session. This meant she was unable to guide me toward processing a specific trigger. Instead, she simply asked me to look at colors and describe how they felt. I have attended regular sessions with Janet for several years. She helped guide me from a place of loss and grief to a place of much greater self awareness, empowerment and belief in myself. It’s amazing to see the difference. She is professional, dependable, and she cares about her clients. I highly recommend her.

I was lucky enough to have found Janet from Zen Hart Counseling during a particularly difficult time in my life. She was incredibly kind and compassionate and helped me as I found my light again. I would highly recommend her.

I haven't attended Zen Hart Counseling as a patient due to my insurance not being carried. However, Janet Tuohy was very responsive, compassionate, and helpful while we figured that out. I imagine this speaks well to her client relations and her level of professionalism.
