Well I stayed here for one month and the best thing is the helpful staffs with each and everyone, how you deal with other people and your roommates it's up to you but the staffs are really helpful especially Shaun who just go way beyond to provide the help , staying here for another time , absolutely yes.

All stars n numbers @ Zen Harmony House Very good location... You will be transformed; you will be a different person, when you check out. Meditation is the Magic Mantra. Come with a mindset to listen n learn Great stay, food n above all knowledge. Thanks Ray Shaun n Deena !!!

The meditation sessions were very enjoyable even for 1 beginner and 1 first-timer. The hosts were lovely and were able to make us feel very welcome and at home. The people in the hostel are friendly, hospitable and open. We enjoyed the free curry on our arrival day, which was delicious. Thank you for making our last night in Sydney a very harmonious one .

シドニー滞在中は別のホステルで連泊する予定でしたが、初日だけそちらが満室で、偶然このホステルに空室が1部屋あったため、1泊することになりました。キングス・クロス駅から徒歩2分という好立地も魅力的でした。 このホステルは通常のホステル料金の2倍以上かかりますが、昼夜いずれかの30分と翌朝1時間の瞑想に参加することで割安料金になるシステムです。瞑想に少し興味はあったものの、当初は正直面倒に感じていました。 空港からホステルに到着し、荷物を部屋に置いた後、リビングルームに入ると、何とも言えない落ち着きと心地よさを感じる空間がありました。シーリングファン、水槽の心地よい音、白を基調とした落ち着いた配色の壁紙、置かれたキーボードやギター、テレビやチェスボードなど、特別珍しいものではないのに、全体として非常に居心地の良い雰囲気が漂っていました。 他の宿泊者が皆のために無料で振る舞ってくれた優しい味付けのベジタリアンカレーとひよこ豆の副菜をいただきながら、午後2時の瞑想タイムまでくつろいでいると、東京での忙しく時間に追われていた感覚が少しずつ抜けていくのを感じました。 本格的な瞑想は初めての体験でした。オーナー兼ガイドのおじさんに尋ねられて日本語話者であるこ... read more
