My girl Jenny alsome I've been a customer for 5 years
We’ve been coming here forever but today was so unorganized; had an appointment for 3:30 and they didn’t even start til 4:20. All the walk-ins went before they even asked us what we wanted done. The 2 stars are just to be nice since we’ve known Nancy forever but they cut like 5 inches off my hair when I asked for 3. 0/10 experience and a waste of a Sunday afternoon.

I don’t even know how this place is so open. They are so unhygienic. Use the same nail file and buffer for everyone. I walked in and asked for a pedicure and if they had someone at the moment I’ll do a builder gel refill. After I got done with my pedicure-(which was the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Didn’t even scrub my feet for 5 seconds. Or remove my callus) Now the lady comes and tries to do my refill on my hands. So I told her oh no it’s okay. I don’t have time. Thank you. I had an appointment for 6 pm. I got to the salon at 5:55 pm and waited until 6:30 pm before finally walking out. Why make appointments if you are unable to keep them? When I finally told them that I wanted to leave, no one apologized or even acknowledged the inconvenience. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. What’s worse is that I’ve been here before and like the way Nancy cuts hair. Unfortunate but I will never be back. Definitely go elsewhere to get your haircut.
