I had an appointment for 6 pm. I got to the salon at 5:55 pm and waited until 6:30 pm before finally walking out. Why make appointments if you are unable to keep them? When I finally told them that I wanted to leave, no one apologized or even acknowledged the inconvenience. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. What’s worse is that I’ve been here before and like the way Nancy cuts hair. Unfortunate but I will never be back. Definitely go elsewhere to get your haircut.

Hair stylist was rough with my elderly mom. She did not acknowledge her request of how she wanted her haircut. Poor customer service.
The atmosphere is very calming and relaxing, quick service. I have only did manicure and pedicure at the salon. It's so close to my home and I love the distance, but overall amazing service and understanding of what you're asking for.
