I have been there for the first time about two years ago. I have never been let down. The staff has always been amazing. I believe ownership has changed last year, and it got the additional second space for the Japanese BBQ which is not only delicious but also more than reasonably priced. Very rude waitress, food tasted bad and made us painfully sick immediately, overpriced yakiniku, server never changed out our grill grate. Will never go back here again.
The Worst Dining Experience Ever! We had called before arriving at the restaurant, and they told us there was no wait and that they were offering 20% off for AYCE. We arrived at 7:20 pm and were informed that the last order would be at 8:00 pm, which we agreed to. My family and I had one of the worst dining experiences here. The waiter was completely unprofessional and dishonest throughout the night. When we sat down, he told us we had until 8:00 PM to order food. At 7:41 PM, when we asked to order additional items, he suddenly told us we could not order anything else. A few minutes later, after speaking with his manager, he changed his story and said we actually could still order.
