I am so happy I started to float. I have only been 3 times but am already experiencing health benefits.
Very relaxing and zen! I have a bad back and this didn't bother me at all.
What an experience! I have never been so relaxed after the 1 hour float! The salt water softened my skin! I literally felt like jelly afterwards! All my tension was gone!!! Such a stress reliever! I'm coming back Chris!! I am hooked!!!
Wonderful!! Initially I was very aware of everything, including the sound of my breathing...but it didn't take long to relax into an out of body state. Highly recommend!!
I don't think I have ever been this relaxed. It took a minute to relax once I got in, but it's amazing how once you tell yourself to relax & you're doing this for a reason, you relax so quickly and all you hear if your breathing. Wonderful and incredible experience.
