Had THE best nights sleep and best hair day following my float!!!! Don't panic if your ear plug falls out, you can get it after the float❤️
The experience was very relaxing!! I highly recommend trying it out. The facility was very clean and the environment was "zen". Extremely calming and I will definitely do this again!! When I was walking back to my car, I was amazed at how I felt like I just came from a nice massage.
I had the opportunity to go for my first session last Sunday. I went in very apprehensive about the whole floating in a box thing, but was greeted by Chris and her daughter and my nervousness started to subside. Once I got in (and talked myself out of bailing on the whole idea!) I was able to let my mind relax. It was the weirdest, but one of the most relaxing things I have ever done. At first I was skeptical. Being 6'3" I made too many assumptions. They were spacious with so much room to stretch but once you pass your first couple of minutes all you want to do is doze off and catch a few z's. But once you're done it's like getting 8 hrs of sleep and acupuncture all in one and it was only an hour. Excellent experience I recommend to anyone, especially if they have ANY kind of aches or pains. Super clean and Chris is an absolute sweetheart. Overall phenomenal experience!

My first float and won't be my last! Took a few to settle into and relax but once I did, it was utter bliss!
