RecommendedWent for our first float today and wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. It took me some time to relax but once I did it was amazing. I actually dozed off and slept like I haven’t slept in 3 years since my daughter was born! It was so peaceful! Being a person that has an extremely difficult time relaxing, stress level constantly high, on top of chronic pain for years......I was unsure about this “float” thing. Can I just say, I am so very happy I tried it. It took me to a level of self awareness that I had absolutely no idea even existed or was possible! The experience was amazing, and I highly recommend everyone trying it. Thank you “Zen”, for opening my eyes to a new type of therapy for mental and physical wellness. I will be back soon.
