My family member went to get a eye exam. Ester Kohen was incredibly unprofessional and just plain rude. Please have management retrain and talk her to treat EVERYONE with dignity as they are the ones that pay for her paycheck. My family has multiple members that need eye exams annually but with this experience they had with her Zen will not earn our business and we will be talking about this experience within the community.
Super friendly and efficient! Would recommend
10/10 highly recommend, the staff is friendly and the doc is super knowledgeable and explains everything so you understand what is going on and any procedure being done. My children and I have been coming here for many years and I highly recommend Zen Eyecare.
Outstanding, professional eye care team that solved my vision concerns.
Immaculate customer service, the young lady at the front desk Corina was very professional and sweet and Dr. Kohen was very knowledgeable and explained everything for me in a way that was easy to understand and she was very nice. She gave me a great recommendation for Lasik as well. Even though I won’t be back for another prescription thankfully because the Lasik surgery will happen soon I highly recommend Zen, I have been coming here for years! Farewell Zen Eyecare!
