we booked on 4 / 1 /19 jan for a concert at the entertainment center , today 19 / 3 / 19 i get this email saying 6 days away from going to stay !!!! Hi, the room had other arrangements, so no longer available on the day for your booking . Could you please cancel the booking. We are sorry for the inconvenience , this was the exact email copy pasted !!!
