I've been here several years and I think the leasing office manager and the assistant are fantastic. They've always been patient with my questions and have even offered suggestions for local businesses. I'm grateful for their efficiency and patience!
I am appalled! I was visiting a family friend and witnessed the management team yell and scream at a tenant. Apparently they showed up to repair things and when the tenant mentioned coordinating an appointment, the woman manager lost it. I believe her name is Raquel. I heard her say the following things: “I’m not fixing ANYTHING in your apartment!” “I’m going to charge you for everything” “If you don’t like it, you can just move out!” As an adult, I’m beyond shocked when other adults behave in this manner. For me, the price, $1,500 is not worth what we are paying for. Constantly having to keep an eye out for roaches. Which by the way, we still get from time to time.Disgusting! We should not have to spray, or get traps or gel bait or anything like that. Where we have lived before, there was no problems. Some of the kitchen drawers and cupboards do not work well. A nice place
An order was put in for my garbage disposal. The maintenance guy responded in less than 45 minutes & he was in my apartment about five minutes. If that's not service, I don't know what is!
