I've been here several years and I think the leasing office manager and the assistant are fantastic. They've always been patient with my questions and have even offered suggestions for local businesses. I'm grateful for their efficiency and patience!
I am appalled! I was visiting a family friend and witnessed the management team yell and scream at a tenant. Apparently they showed up to repair things and when the tenant mentioned coordinating an appointment, the woman manager lost it. I believe her name is Raquel. I heard her say the following things: “I’m not fixing ANYTHING in your apartment!” “I’m going to charge you for everything” “If you don’t like it, you can just move out!” As an adult, I’m beyond shocked when other adults behave in this manner.
