I have had a great experience with Zen Dentistry. I've always considered myself a good dentist patient, even able to fall asleep in the chair. But the dentist I had been with before Zen was really bad and I had a traumatic experience, making me a bit nervous when I came to Zen. The staff at Zen were very kind and communicative. They were even really flexible when I had to reschedule an appointment last minute because of a work emergency and made sure I wasn't charged out of pocket due to an error with insurance.
